Since coming to college and living on my own I have found a passion for cooking, especially vegetables. Growing up in a meat and potatoes household, I was never exposed to a large variety of vegetables and therefore was previously never been a fan of them. But after being at college for almost a year and a half now, I have had the opportunity to try new and interesting vegetables that have greatly improved my health.
My goal is to provide you all with quick and easy vegetarian recipes. These recipes are simple, easy and quick to make, but still delicious! My hope is to introduce vegetables to people who don’t normally cook with this food group. These recipes elevate a variety of vegetables to a new level that will make them more intriguing!
